Dakota Brush in Groton, SD came to being on October 31, 1992.    Topper first worked out of the "broommobile" and his garage until the opportunity to purchase a Main Street storefront and warehouse arose in 2003. 

Topper has received numerous awards from Harper Brush Works for outstanding sales achievements.
